If you wish to venture away from Woodhaven Cottage there is plenty to do!  Below is just a quick collection of things that might be of interest:

• Less than a mile to Stauffers Butcher Shop where you can get fresh cuts of pork & beef, deli meat & cheese
• Less than a mile to Stauffers Dry Goods where they have quilt materials and all sorts of sewing notions
• 2 miles to a Mennonite Grocery “Whispering Pines Fruit Farm” & Bakery
• 3 miles to Cruisers Cafe open for lunch & supper at the intersection of Rte 35 & 104 in Mt. Pleasant Mills. Delicious sandwiches & Hershey’s ice cream
• Susquehanna River about 4 miles, fishing, canoeing, swimming
• 5 miles to Weavers Market  & Bakery where every Friday is filled donut day, the “best” according to Anthony
• Numerous Antique Shops
• Selinsgrove downtown, many specialty shops & restaurants & the Susquehanna University about 10 miles
• Susquehanna Valley Mall about 12 miles
• Monroe Market Place about 14 miles
