Hi, welcome to Woodhaven Cottage. We as a family group are Calvin, Rosanna & Anthony Martin. Woodhaven Cottage is located in the valley of Snyder County which is known for its rich, diverse Anabaptist Heritage.

For relaxation, we love to study nature. Woodhaven Cottage is located in a very quiet, peaceful location, overlooking a small, tranquil lake. The four seasons we experience at this cottage, are a nature lovers Dream come true.

If you were to stay at Woodhaven Cottage in the winter, you will most likely be surrounded by snow, watching bushytailed squirrels, and multiple species of birds feeding at our bird feeders.  Come Spring, the air will become alive with a chorus of tree frogs, & spring peepers. For the bird lover we usually see bluebirds, wrens, & Baltimore orioles searching for nesting sites. The summer is a time when the bullfrogs sing all night, a time when our fish are highly active and for the plant lover, the water lilies are in full bloom. The fall season is a time of harvest in these woods, rich in brilliant colors, with a hint of woodsmoke in the air at night.

The goal of Woodhaven Cottage is to get couples to stop, take a deep breath, & say “Life is Good.”
